Stuart Sadler is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Big Red Square. With 35+ years of senior-level experience across retail, transformation, and business consulting, Stuart brings deep insider expertise combined with practical, results-focused delivery.
Stuart's background includes nearly 30 years in senior roles at Tesco, board-level positions, Non-Executive Director appointments, and over a decade supporting suppliers through GSCOP training, retail consultancy, and facilitation services. He is a Certified Design Sprint Master, Catalytic Meetings specialist, and has expertise in Six Sigma, PRINCE2, Agile, and ITIL.
